Prona-Rodac plates are an efficient system to use in the microbial contamination study on surfaces.
The Prona-Rodac plates include:
1.- A lid.
2.- A 6.5 cm in diameter plate divided in 1 cm quadrants.
For an easy interpretation of the number of colonies, use the following table:
| Total Nº of Colonies | Result | Interpretation |
| 0 | Negative | Absence of Growth |
| 1 - 10 | Weak positive | Scarce Contamination |
| 11 - 20 | Positive | Low Contamination |
| 21 - 100 | Strong Positive | High Contamination |
| > 100 | Very Strong Positive | Very high contamination |
Expiration date: 90 days after manufacture date.
Presentation: Box of 10 units.
Preservation and Storage: ASIAGEL's Prona-Rodac plates are products designed for “in vitro diagnostics” and should be kept refrigerated between +8º˚C and +15º˚C (do not freeze). Before use, remove from refrigerator and allow to stand for 15 minutes to reach room temperature. Once opened, do not touch the Prona-Rodac plates with bare hands.
